Dwight Dewese
Head Coach
Coach Dewese has been coaching for 39 years (35 of them at Olentangy). He has coached cross country, track, volleyball and basketball.
Coach graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in education. Both coach's parents were teachers and his father also coached (basketball and baseball).
Mr. Dewese is one of four boys ... all who have first names beginning with the letter "D".
Coach and his wife Caroline have been married for over 38 years and have one daughter who teaches at Orange Middle and a grandson who attends elementary school in the district.
Jennifer Sosa
Assistant Coach
Coach Sosa teaches Art at Olentangy High School. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Masters degree in Art Education and currently teaches Art 1, Sculpture, Computer Graphics, and Digital Imaging.
2019 will be her eighth year at OHS. Since teaching in the district, she has coached both track and cross country. At Berkshire Middle School, Sosa coached track and at Orange she was the head cross country coach. For the past six years, she has been the head girls track coach at OHS and this is her 5th season coaching cross country at OHS.
She and her husband, John are originally from New York and have three energetic boys- 5-year-old twins and a (nearly) 2-year-old!
